Check Image Processing Module (CIP) utilizes the latest in imaging technology to streamline research, enhance productivity in item processing, reduce mailing costs and provide a competitive edge. CIP is a complete check management system which captures checks and stores electronic images in place of the physical items themselves.

Images of checks are stored electronically until they are automatically retrieved for statement production. Customers receive an 8 1/2” X 11 image statement which includes a specially designed first page, and features check safe keeping research and/or images of cancelled checks, rather than the actual checks. The high quality duplicates are printed in check number sequence for convenience in balancing, and provides on-line research capabilities.

Imaging improves response to customer inquiries, check verification and makes production of customer statements and notices more efficient.

CIP complements the ITI Premier System, Bulk Filing Module and Exception Item Module working together to produce greater efficiency in item processing.
