Competitive Advantage Program analyses and documents existing core product specifications as well as the entire ITI core system capabilities.  In essence, a comprehensive review of existing system specifications versus possible and potential system functions and feature opportunities is provided.  This program is designed to insure that each bank has the desired functionality of the banking operations.  During this review, RDSI will analyze input procedures to insure that bank personnel are utilizing all the available capabilities and effectiveness, provided by the core system.  Furthermore, RDSI will also review the EIM & RRM applications with bank personnel to insure the proper use of the the system and that related capabilities are fully understood.
	Product Specification Review analyses and documents existing core product specifications.  The review entails a comprehensive review of existing product specifications versus bank preferred specifications to insure that each bank has the desired products stored in the ITI core system.
	Network Assessment Program analyses, documents and provides a needs assessment of the Bank's existing and forecasted network systems.  The scope of this program encompasses current infrastructure architecture and structure (i.e. data circuits, cabling and hardware, network security, user management and backup processes.)  Phase two of this program analyzes and includes possible and potential system functions and feature opportunities.  This program is designed to insure that each bank has desired functionality of its network infrastructure, software and the banking operation.
