RDSI is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all information it receives from banks, especially non-public personal information. To meat this commitment, RDSI regularly reviews its hardware, software and procedures, verifying that they meet appropriate federal and state security standards. RDSI shall continue to investigate and develop ways to assist banks in tracking individual elections regarding the level or privacy for their nonpublic personal information. However, notification of individual rights to make privacy elections, as well as collection and compliance with those elections, remains the responsibility of the individual's bank, not RDSI.

RDSI does not use, sell or otherwise transmit any nonpublic personal information except to process transactions authorized by an individual or as specifically instructed by the individual's bank. Should an individual have concerns regarding nonpublic personal information, RDSI encourages them to contact their bank directly.
