The 2008 RDSI Banking Systems Annual CEO Conference will be held on August 24-26 at The Lodge at Sawmill Creek Resort in Huron, Ohio. We would like to offer you an opportunity to display your products and services in the “Wilderness Hall” convention center. The banking personnel attending this meeting will be encouraged to speak with you and view exhibits throughout the day.   Your exhibit fee will include an 8-foot clothed and skirted table and two chairs along with full registration for one representative. Additional representatives may attend for an additional fee. Full registration will include: 

• Breakfast for both days

• Cookout lunch on the deck of Mulligan’s Pub overlooking the golf course

• Golf on the Tom Fazio designed world-class 18-hole golf course

• Cocktail Reception

• Steak Dinner

• Buffet Lunch

In addition to exhibiting, we are offering you the opportunity to sponsor several events on either day of the conference.  Your sponsorship will include your company’s name on signage during the sponsored event and recognition in the conference packet. 

A block of rooms is being held at Sawmill Creek Resort for the nights of August 24^th and 25^th, which have a discount rate of $130 per night.  Please contact the hotel at 1-800-SAWMILL, or return the enclosed reservation form to Sawmill Creek by July 24, 2008 to reserve your room at this special discounted rate.  The dress for the entire event will be business casual.

If you are interested in exhibiting at our conference, please click on the registration form link below and submit your information by July 28, 2008. Space is limited, therefore exhibits and sponsorships will be on a “first come, first serve” basis. 

All meeting materials should be received at Sawmill Creek no earlier than August 18, 2008.  Please be sure to mark all materials to the attention of Karen Oskey/RDSI Banking Systems, The Lodge at Sawmill Creek, 400 Sawmill Creek, Huron, OH 44839.  The name of your company and the meeting date should be on all shipping labels.  The Lodge at Sawmill Creek will be able to assist you with the return shipment of your materials.

We have arranged to have exhibit setup from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 24, 2008.  In addition, RDSI will be hosting a welcome reception with the exhibitors in the Exhibit Hall on Sunday, August 24, 2008 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. This is an excellent opportunity to meet some of the attendees in a relaxed atmosphere. Exhibiting resumes on Monday morning beginning with a breakfast with the exhibitors.  Dismantling of booths may begin on Tuesday August 26, 2008 at 11:00 a.m.
